WHY DO YOU NEED SPORT PERFORMANCE OPTIMAL TRAINING?

Air Raid Academy and Fitness LLC summer speed & agility camp will prepare every athlete for competition and provide healthy habits and behaviors for life. Our sports performance optimal training will provide agility, speed, strength, power, and endurance.

This camp is geared towards developing the whole body through proper nutrition, training, the mental, and physical development of every athlete.

Each summer camp will run for 4-6 weeks depending on grade level. The camp will run for 80 minutes each training day.

We allow athletes the opportunity to improve their personal level of fitness and to personally prepare themselves for their upcoming sports season.

High School Duration: 6 Weeks

The 6 -Week Varsity / JV / Incoming Freshman Air Raid Academy and Fitness Camp

Consisting of Agility – Strength – Speed – Power & Conditioning Training

Each Training Session Will Run 90 – 120 Minutes + Additional On Field Skills Training, Positional Training, and Classroom Training That Will Run 90 – 120 minutes.

Head of Training:
Coach Derek Zellner

Coach “Z” attended Northern Arizona University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. Coach “Z” has 25+ years of teaching and coaching. He has had the opportunity to have coached numerous players who have gone on to play college football at all levels.

Coach Zellner has been coaching high school football since 1994 and the head coach at Gilbert High School since 2015.
